Wales & West Housing Association
Wales and West Housing Association work across Wales in 15 Local Authorities to provide homes and services to more than 25,000 people.
In Wrexham County Borough, the Association manages around 800 properties for rent, consisting of general needs family properties (682), retirement accommodation (89) and supported housing projects (26).
Most of the accommodation is located in Wrexham town and in the Hightown area, although the Association also manage properties outside of the town including Acrefair, Chirk, Coedpoeth, Gwersyllt, Marchwiel, Llay, Pentre Broughton and Ruabon.
